I'm not very good with numbers, but I once tried to think up Forty 2.0, but wasn't sure what I was doing. Must've been the answer to life, the universe and everything.
I think the next Web whatever.0 will be Web 4.0, the search for 3.0.

I am currently working on an implementation of Web 5.0 to match my 5+ years of experience.
As far as Web 4.0 is concerned, I balled it up on my desk and tried hitting the trashcan. Throw that away for me, would ya?
